Thank you for your interest in Sponsorship opportunities with Westfield Youth Football & Cheer 

 

WFYC is a non-profit organization, with a 501c3 status.  Our organization, which is run entirely by volunteers, works with the children of Westfield, Southwick and the surrounding Hill Towns and has been doing so since 1966.  Year in and year out we take great pride in our efforts to teach our players and cheerleaders athletic skill, sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, and respect for themselves as well as others.

 

Depending on the season, our annual operating budget can exceed $35,000 and includes:

  • League insurance

  • League fees

  • Field rental

  • officials fees

  • Equipment purchases and maintenance

  • Uniforms  

 

Annual revenues fluctuate from year to year depending on player/cheerleader registrations.  We rely heavily on both our fundraisers and contributions from our area businesses to help generate extra income to offset some of our operating expenses.

WYF SEASON SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Home Game Sponsor                $1,500 +

  • Announcement that your business is sponsoring the game for the day
  • Shout outs on social media the day of the game
  • The opportunity to set up a table to promote your business however you see fit
  • Company name and logo on our program’s website sponsorship page
  • Banner/sign in the end zone/sidelines of the field
  • End of Season Plaque Commemorating your sponsorship
  • Sign posted and announcement acknowledgement made during our end of the year banquet

 

Gold Sponsor                    $1,000

  • Company name and logo on our program’s website sponsorship page
  • Banner/sign in the end zone/sidelines of the field
  • Included Comedy Night sponsor (see below)
  • End of Season Plaque Commemorating your sponsorship

Silver Sponsor                    $750

Comedy Night Sponsor                $500

  • Your donation purchases a raffle prize for this event valued up to $350
  • Sign on your sponsored gift
  • Announcement at the event when your prize is being presented to the winner
  • Company name and log on our event page website
  • Company name and logo on our program’s website sponsorship page
  • Announcement acknowledgement made during our end of the year banquet

 

Comedy Night Raffle Sponsor             $50 to $200 (or value)

  • Your donation purchases a raffle prize for this fundraiser
  • You may donate your business product in lieu of a monetary donation (valued between $50 to $200)
  • Your company logo on the raffle prize (provided by you)
  • Company name and logo on our program’s website sponsorship page
  • Announcement acknowledgement made during our end of the year banquet

 

Concession Stand Sponsor                $50 to $100                    

  • Donation of coffee cups, napkins, or food for WYFC to use in our concession stand
  • Dry good donations can have your company logo on them
  • Stickers of your company’s logo can also be used for our hot dog and hamburger wraps or to place on cups
  • Your company banner/sign (provided by you) hung at the concession stand
  • Company name and logo on our program’s website sponsorship page
  • Announcement acknowledgement made during our end of the year banquet
