Fundraising for WYF: Why are donations needed?


Our annual operating budget exceeds $60,000, with limited revenues of approximately $35,000 from player registrations.  We rely heavily on both our fundraisers and contributions from area businesses to help generate the extra $25,000 each year to make this program available to our area youth.  An example of our fixed annual expenses includes; League Insurance, League Fees, Field Rental, Officials Fees, Equipment Purchases and Maintenance, and Purchase of Uniforms.  All of these listed are not only costly, but a yearly necessity.
